Wish our bathroom was a tad wider so I could get a straight on picture but this will have to do. Using a bunch of old trim and Command adhesive strips, we framed out the builder grade mirrors. I did all sorts of different distressing tricks including some distressed paper on wood, distressing with wax, and distressing with stain. The vertical sections are almost all corner pieces. Some of them were actually pretty nicely distressed the way they were so I left those ones alone. I think total cost would be $30 since it cost me $25 for the whole box of corner pieces.
