About Me

kayder1996
We're a family of six: Mom, Dad, our near twins, Kenson Jules (7), Conleigh Deme (6 1/2), Ezekiel Jian (3 ) and Malachi Stillman also known as Kai. (Kai's the baby.) Our oldest two are Haitian born. Kenson came home in January 2009 and Conleigh came home on Humanitarian Parole following the January 2010 earthquake. We traveled to China in October of 2012 to bring home Zeke. We hope our blog serves as an entry point for our friends and family as they watch our family grow. So, come on in and relax with us for a while. Back door friends are always the best!

Influencing How We Live

Jeremiah 29:11-13
"For I know the plans I have for you, " declares the Lord, "Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all of your hearts."

James 1:27
Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress...

Mother Theresa
I have come to realize more and more that the greatest disease and the greatest suffering is to be unwanted, unloved, uncared for, to be shunned by everybody, to be just nobody (to no one).
